Performs HTTP operation with data emission, with secret headers received at runtime.
Same as request_with_body, with secret_headers, a map built with the treatments of
std/data/map/block, whose values are Secret<string> (or Option<Secret<string>>),
such as given by vault::get or derived by std/secret/block::format. They are revealed
to make the request, after those of the client, replacing the client ones of the same name.
