Call an endpoint of the run on api.melodium.tech.

body is sent with POST to path, relative to the address of the run (|api_url()), such as cache/restore, and the JSON answer comes through answer, with completed.

If the program is not run by api.melodium.tech, the API cannot be reached, it refuses the request, or its answer is not JSON, failed is emitted and error gives the reason, with the status and the body of a refusal. finished is emitted in every case.
